Dream it Made — AI Creation Notice

Dream it Made is operated by Dream It Made Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17430260, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Capitalised terms used in this Notice have the meanings given in our Customer Terms and Conditions.

1. What the AI feature does

Dream it Made offers optional AI-supported prompt coaching and image creation. You can use other personalisation routes without treating an AI output as guaranteed or professionally reviewed.

2. Human review remains essential

AI can produce unexpected details, misspellings, distorted people or objects, unsuitable content, visual artefacts or work resembling existing material. Review the full preview carefully. Your active artwork approval confirms visible design choices but never removes rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly manufactured goods.

3. Rights and uniqueness

Dream it Made does not claim ownership of the generated output as against you. You may use it outside the service, subject to law and third-party rights.

We do not guarantee that an output:

  • is unique or has not been generated for someone else;
  • is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose;
  • is free from copyright, trade mark, design, privacy or publicity issues;
  • can be registered or exclusively owned; or
  • will reproduce perfectly on every material or screen.

Do not request or use Customer Content that you would be prohibited from submitting under our Acceptable Content Policy.

4. Moderation

AI-generation Prompts are checked through an automated moderation process. A Prompt may be refused even where context is ambiguous. Automated moderation cannot find every problem.

Images that customers upload themselves are not automatically moderated by Dream it Made before an Order is placed. After an Order has been placed and before it is released to production, Dream it Made conducts a manual visual review and may reject the Customer Content, request a revision or cancel the affected Order under the Acceptable Content Policy.

5. Data handling

Prompts and relevant inputs pass through our security/infrastructure provider to our AI provider. Dream it Made does not intentionally retain your Prompts or Generated Images in its own application storage. The AI provider does not use API content for model training unless its customer expressly opts in, and Dream it Made has not opted in.

The AI provider may retain content in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days and longer where law, misuse investigation or safety obligations require it. Image or file inputs are scanned by the AI provider for potential child sexual abuse material; flagged content may be retained by the AI provider for manual review and lawful reporting.

Do not enter confidential, special-category or another person’s personal information unless it is necessary and you have authority to use it. See the Privacy Notice for lawful bases, recipients, transfers, retention and rights.

6. Printing

The Generated Image is passed into the same preview and production process as other Customer Content. When you select Use this image, the image you have chosen is held temporarily in necessary browser storage ready for transfer. When you then choose to add it to a product, that selected image is sent to our personalisation Technology Provider to create the product preview and associated production information. If you place an Order, the necessary artwork or Production Image and personalisation information are then made available to the selected Print Provider to manufacture and fulfil the Order.

Dream it Made does not operate a separate server-side repository for Original Uploaded Images, Modified Images, Preview Images or Production Images. Through our Technology Providers and Print Providers, we may access necessary previews, links, identifiers and Order records for the purposes explained in our Privacy Notice.
